Word of Wisdom/FHE Lesson 10-11 year olds (Learning and Living the Gospel)

The girls planted spider plants to remind them that we need to put good things in our bodies just like plants need good soil and water.

The girls put reminders in their plants about how to keep the Word of Wisdom.

Sister Davis made a healthy, yummy salad to demonstrate good things to put in our bodies.  It had quinoa, peppers, craisins, onions and a healthy dressing.

We learned about super foods and how they help us.

Organizational Skills 10-11 year olds (Developing Talents)

We gave each girl their own monthly planner and phone number book.  We hope the girls use them this year to help organize their schedules and phone numbers.

The girls are doing a Book of Mormon challenge this year and when we finish we are going to the Lehi Legacy Center to swim.
